"Growing up the youngest of a large family has meant that food, no wait, great food has always been an important part of my life.
Living on a farm at Kellyville with our own cow to milk and an array of vegetables to watch grow has formed the foundation for my food philosophy today. My cooking is about serving and sharing fresh, simple produce with a care for being resourceful. Spices, citrus, herbs and a passion for all the global influences that have crept into our australian palates feature in my dishes.
MasterChef series two was without a doubt the most exciting food adventure i have been involved in. Since finishing as a finalist i have been so lucky to have worked in all things food and feel blessed to be working in an industry that i love!"
